Jing Ling, an 18-year-old girl that was born with a heart disease has lived her whole life growing up at a hospital. She has always dreamed of going on adventures, maybe that's why she loves to read fantasy novels in her spare time. But, when her disease suddenly worsens and passes away, Jing Ling finds herself reborn into another world, a place where cultivation and martial arts exist. However, when Jing Ling turns 15 years old, she is forced into an engagement with Crown Prince Huan Ying.
