I feel a bit disappointed in this chapter. But it looks like Jing Xi isn’t worried at all after learning what they’re scheming. So I’m thinking she must have done something to protect Qi Liya. I’m hoping that the doctor is now under Jing Xi’s control and they only made it look like Qi Liya’s uterus was removed to catch the “big boss” who paid the doctor. I think maybe she use the recording to blackmail the doctor to go along with the rise for two reasons. One; so that Director Huang can prove his love for Qi Liya and they can be together. Two; so that she can figure out who the mastermind behind wanting to hurt Qi Liya. Anyway that's what I think.
