Don't read this if you don't want to die of anger. At the starting both the ML and the FL set your expectation so high that later when the story progress you will experience the worst character of both the ML and FL especially the FL . Like she doesn't have any kind of self respect or integrity of herself . Like this is the worst female lead among all the novels I have read so far . While reading it I was like how can someone stood so low in life . Everything their was a problem it just solve as soon as the male lead f**k her ...so irritating !!!

If you want frustration with ALL the characters, then this story is for you! Beware! You'll be so frustrated you'll probably want to throw your phone because these characters just make you so mad. All of them! While the characters are infuriating, the storyline is not too bad and it makes you want to read further to see if these characters will redeem themselves.

Well, in the first few chapters, it was all great. But then, oh god..., there will be SOO MANY misunderstandings, scheming, and frustrations. FL and ML characters are changing for the worst. FL is so annoyingly dumb, gullible (got schemed against the same person repeatedly) then acting like a cheap woman, and can be quite selfish. The ML is also full of himself, he always thinks his VERY harsh act is reasonable, too 'filial' over his deranged family. His mother and grandfather have harmed the FL MANY times yet he still didn't do anything bout it. Trust me... I've read a lot and there's no 'sweet love' here. Even the stories of the two secondary couples involved are very suffocating to read oh gosh. You can't catch a break at all. None of them can't stay happy together without any issue coming up right after. Like, drugs (there's A LOT of drug use here), rape, blackmail, amnesia (damn I hate this the most), switched at birth (very expected lol). Very disappointing.

Just read up to 100 chapters and so far the story is intriguing. Ocersll is your cliche story where FL has disputed issues with her half sister who is typical white lotus. I am a bit annoyed at FL sometimes at how she can think ML is some bankcrupted guy where all signs show otherwise.

There's so much description of characters, starting from their looks to appearance I think is irrelevant and has to stop . Yes for the background am not familiar with chinese cultures but try as much as possible to understand by relating it to korean drama.apart from all these it's lovely
