There's a reason korean exchange students take english names. It's impossible to keep track of all the one syllable nim sung kim jong il names especially when the first and last names are backwards and they'll refer to each other singularly by both the first and last names. Also honorifics really should be translated even if the confusing names aren't. You know like the TRANSLATOR should TRANSLATE non english words. There are plenty of english concepts that get close enough, no need to treat Korean honorifics like there inscrutable concepts.

Coming from the manwha, this adds a lot of detail to the story
