I mean...
The so called rescuers : " Hey 15 teamates just died, while trying to save you ! "
Jun-Woo : " hey... so how's it going in japan ? "
..............
Ahahaha... Koean's hate for Japan really knows no bounds... almost all korea centered universe novels I've read will always play Japan as villains or enemies or it being destroyed... Their hate is rooted to their bones... Even new generation hate japan... because they still haven"t "apologized for WWII" - claimed by the korean elementary student I've tutored before...
So this is the chapter I stopped reading at with the MTL. If you guys have been following my speculations, this is the chapter where I assumed that the Sovereign isn’t on the side of the Angel, because the system defied the Angel. I’m actually not sure if the heart is actually a physical second heart in his body, but it’s safe to say that the Shadow Sovereign isn’t planning on turning Jin-Woo into a new body. The MTL wasn’t very clear in this chapter (I wonder why), so I didn’t get the full picture, but it’s appears that the Black Heart is all that’s needed to become or have the Shadow Sovereign take over a body. My speculations are, A. SS (Shadow Sovereign) doesn’t want be reborn, and only wants to help Jin-Woo, B. The black heart is a fragment or incomplete, or C. SS is DEAD dead, and the Angel wasted it’s time and life trying to resurrect a Sovereign, which has been said that beings/monsters connected to the sovereigns cannot become shadows, because of their soul or whatever. SS could be the same, unable to become a shadow warrior himself, or even be revived. The system could be a way of saving the remaining power/memories of the SS, but missing the soul. This also explains why the Angel says that Jin-Woo shouldn’t be himself anymore, not that he’s not the SS. Perhaps the system is like a therapy session, training the subject to inherit memories and become similar or just like the SS, but the Angel couldn’t pull it off.
