Monster council Supernatural

The main character Jason is a one in a billion vampire born with the most destructive power in the supernatural world. Once he was born thousands of years ago the monster council but a deal on his powers so he wouldn't be powerful enough to stop them. Then countless years later he meets the love of his life then about 2 years later after he proposes to her he ends up dead and they go to his funeral. He isn't truly dead then he learns about what the council is going to do And learns about the seal put on him, and he finds out what his fiancee Tess actually is.
