Very interesting background for this novel. Forensics, criminology interests most people. Characters are also developing well. In 23 chapters, not much of the past is revealed as yet. But it looks appealing. Hope more chapters come in.

I sped through 14 chapters so quickly TwT I LOVE psychological/crime so this is great!! The romance/crime reminds me a little of when a snail falls in love; i get similar vibes. of course, the plot is completely different and the characters are unique in their own way. I love the descriptions-you can easily tell who is who and you get attached to Saya and co. so quickly. Definitely adding to my library :D I'm so hyped to know why Saya left!

Enjoyable read and has a very interesting premise overall. Not really a romance reader but would recommend trying out this one, it won't disappoint.

LOVE this novel. If you're looking for a story with romance and a little bit of mystery, then this is for you. I am writing this as part of a review swap and am so glad to have a good one to add to my library. Writing Quality: 5* as the errors are so negligible and doesn't disrupt the overall flow of the story. English isn't my first language either so I know how hard it is to constantly check grammar and be careful in writing. Updates: Can't say, but 5* in good faith. Story Development: I love the way it is written. I was worried at first that the misunderstandings would be long-winded and whatnot, but it appears that they are working towards clearing that doubt. I'd hate it to drag on. The characters are believable, their emotions are real, the descriptions are fantastic. Love the FL and ML ... and love rivals. heh. Character Design: Haru (ML) is great guy. He's not irrational or acts out in anger or frustration by hurting Saya (FL). Saya seems strong and intelligent but I wonder whether her investigative skills get clouded when emotions are involved. The good thing about Saya is the way she acknowledges her weaknesses as well. World Background: Romance, Mystery. Great. Like I said, LOVE the novel.

Part of a review swap, (Chapter 13) (╥﹏╥) I regret reading this so quickly, and yes this story is very good. I'm definitely keeping this in my library. Writing Quality: The author mentioned that English isn't their strongest language. Regardless of this though, the overall flow of the story wasn't disrupted. Aside from a few minor errors with grammar. Perhaps a few paragraphs could have been broken down too. 4/5 Updates: Too soon to tell. Story Develooment: The pace is quite slow now, but that's only because this is the beginning chapters. I wonder how long until the truth regarding why Saya left Haru is revealed. Need story time for this, I'm guessing it will gradually be revealed. She left because she learned things about Haru - but who told her these things? right now I'm more focused on the romance than crime aspect, but it's interesting to see. Character Design: As of Chapter 13, I actually feel like we know more about Haru than Saya. Yes there's more background information on Saya so far. But it feels like Haru's character is more developed - for one, young master, bad temper - and yet is kind to the girl he loves. Only treats her well and nobody else. Saya, have yet to form a opinion other than her insecurity and focus on education. World Background: So far I'm not sure how the crime stuff is woven into the story, can't make the connection. But I do want to see more of it, how will this tie into the romance? Overall: 4.6/5 - You have a solid story here author, if you work on editing your chapters. Add more explanation and work on the FL character more then I guarantee this story will become better. Please keep up the good work.

While reading I immediately got pulled in the mystery and slow building romance. There are some grammatical mistakes (I struggle on that front as well) but your story is perfectly readable. I hope you will continue your work. Well done.

I feel like the build-up is oddly a little too slow for me. I don't mean the romance pacing, that's just fine. I actually dislike it when the relationship moves too fast because that's honestly not that realistic/common. The build-up I'm referring to is mostly outside of the relationship. Chapter 11 ends on a crime, but it didn't feel very connected to the story for some reason. Also, Saya seems to have betrayed Haru in some way, but the past wasn't explained? Maybe it's a personal preference thing, but I like hearing a backstory before going into the present and seeing how they get back together. It makes readers more emotionally attached to the second courting. It also adds *******, and I would rather have ******* than mystery in a romance story. Sometimes, the revealing of bit by bit of what happened in the past/the breakup works, but for this one, it makes the whole dilemma seem surface-level/forced for the sake of the story. Of course, 11 chapters is still to early to tell. The questions could very well be answered just fine and smoothly flow into the story as a cohesive whole. Anyway, good start so far!

Of course, there are cheese scenes, it is mainly a romance story after all. But the thing about this one is that it can gather the attention of those who are fans of the genre and those who are not too into it. It works fine whether you are looking for a romance story or a good mystery that will keep you interested.
