Why does he not want to change the story a bit like training with Goku would help him alot and change Gohan from being a Mama's boy

why'd you make him ruin his body like that? all it'd take is a half hour of hunting to get food considering he can fly :P i'd be surprised if he didn't stunt his growth by neglecting his body like that. doing what he does is only fine when you're fully grown
