using dual swords doesn't make for more powerful attacks just more attacks. Single attacks do more damage but dual attacks are swift and flow quickly. Also it's harder to block since you're only using one wielded sword to block it can't block as powerful blows dual wielding is more about dodging, deflecting, speed and skill. Where two handed is about speed/movement, power and skill. Unless your a monster who can wield two handed swords like one handed ones (like the ape wielding goddamn trees as swords) but even then you would still get more power from two handed strikes with a bigger weapon.

Enjoying the story so far but dual wielding is more a style used to parry and slash and basically bleed out an opponent of anything it’s a little physically weaker then normal sword play in a direct confrontation of strength
