Well... it's pretty obvious now that Iris will join that new group instead of going Solo, which would have been better given her circumstances, she will already have a huge stable solo fanbase at the end of Iz*One, what would be pretty negative to a group due Solo stanning, I mean look at Pristin alone, popular members remain others go~ Iris is 100% Center, but while it can be great for her it will affect the others too - I mean popular ones are always prefered by brand deals,fans, etc., Suzy of MissA & HyunA of 4Minute, are real life examples of popularity, which makes them stand out of the group more than other members, which allows them continue to become Soloist unlike their former members, that can lead to dispute too... that's why JYP doesn't allow solo brand deals for Twice to try spread popularity as a group instead of Solo rise... but Girls Generation could also kind of seen as opposite of it, with how YoonA brought them attention with her looks alone in China... but well they still ended in dispute thought...
