Somewhere between Hoenn and Sinnoh, a new region was established called Bashto. A strong bond formed between Pokémon and People there.

In 2051,The Pokémon Equality Act was passed. All Pokémon were equal to humans by law. But the world wasn't without flaws. evil organizations and even outlaw Pokémon still ran freely in the region.
