Chapter 14: Conversation with the Paternal Grandparents

"Her name is Sanya, and she said that she belonged to Kalibangan from the Indus Valley Civilization. She was a princess and was dressed in a Sari."

"She told me that my uncle in this life had been her enemy in her life also."

"He was planning to kill her and had probably got rid of her brother, her mother and her father also."

"To convince me she told me what all the grew and traded with other cities as well as abroad especially Mesopotamia and Egypt.Their cities flourished, and they had a high standard of living."

"They knew how to till the soil, to grow crops, harvest the crops. The cotton they grew was made into cloth. Another work was making beads. They made utensils on the potters wheel."

"They made metallic pots and pans, huge jars to store cereals. They also made weapons. These things were also traded by transporting them via bullock carts to the cities near the coast."

"They made stealite seals which depict a single animal like a unicorn, bull, elephant, rhinoceros etc. Some seals depict trees, semi-human, and human figurine. Some of these seals contain the image of a ship or mother earth or the ruler of the animals. These seals were used for trade."

"I asked her how she knew that my uncle and her uncle were the same?"

"Sanya told me that while she was looking for me, she had entered Igor Uncle's room by mistake and saw him. He looked the same as her uncle. He possessed the same calculating mean face."

"She told me that he behaves as if he is the best person on earth, being very considerate, talking with all sweetness etc but still advise me to be very careful as he is no good."

"Sanya told me that my uncle behaves as if he is the best person on earth, being very considerate, talking with all sweetness etc but still she recommended to me to be very careful as he is no good."

With these words, Tania finished the narration about her dream to her paternal grandparents.

Both of them looked at each other than at Tania. They seemed to exchanging messages telepathically it seemed.

"Is anything amiss?" She inquired.

"We knew that there was something when we saw all the books about past life regression in your library," her Dada ji responded while pushing back a lock of white hair that had fallen across his forehead.

"You see, at the airport, I recognized this uncle of yours. I have met him in my earlier life."

"As in your case, I was reminded about him through a voice, while I was in meditation."

"I did not take it seriously but then, I started experience déjà vu when I visited a few places in Rajasthan. This was when your father had come to Moscow to study medicine."

"We had wanted your father to study in India but he was adamant. Anyway, our destiny takes us to where we have been ordained to go to."

"If he had not come to Moscow, he would not have met your mother and we would not be standing before you, their daughter and our granddaughter. In actual fact, we would not have an opportunity to visit Moscow."

"Our only regret, is that this could have been earlier when our son and daughter in law were alive," added her Dadi ji sadly.

"Yes true, destiny ordains many things and they happen in a particular sequence." Replied her Dada ji.

"Let me enhance your knowledge about your father's religion."

"There is no religion called Hinduism. Hinduism is a way of life."

"It is a name given to the people who practised 'Sanātana Dharma'(the eternal tradition). It is the oldest religion in the world, and some practitioners and scholars refer to it as, or the "eternal way", it is beyond human history."

"It is the third most popular religion, with around 750 million followers. Hinduism originated in Northern India, near the river Indus, about 4000 years ago and is the world's oldest existing religion. More than 80% of India's population follow Hinduism."

"Unlike other religions, Hinduism has no one founder but is instead a blending of various beliefs."

"Around 1500 B.C., the Indo-Aryan people migrated to the Indus Valley, and their language and culture blended with that of the indigenous people living in the region. Its authority rests instead upon a large body of sacred texts that give Hindus rules, governing rituals, worship, pilgrimage, and daily activities, among many other things."

"Unlike other religions in the World, the Hindu religion does not claim any one Prophet, it does not worship any one God, it does not believe in any one philosophic concept, it does not follow any one-act of religious rites or performances; in fact, it does not satisfy the traditional features of a religion or creed."

"You can follow any creed and follow any path. All roads lead to God."

"Now Karma is a word meaning the result of a person's actions as well as the actions of others. It is a term about the cycle of cause and effect. According to the theory of Karma, what happens to a person, happens because they caused it with their actions."

''It is like the Bible says, 'as you sow you shall reap'. If you suffer in this life, even though you have been a good person, it means you are suffering the reactions of sins committed in a previous life."

"The 12 Laws of Karma that everyone should know are - As you sow, so shall you reap. To receive happiness, peace, love, and friendship, one must Be happy, peaceful, loving, and a true friend. Whatever one puts out into the Universe will come back to them."

"It is because of Karma that we undergo many lives till we reach human form, By we, I mean our souls."

"The human form is for us to rise above the mundane/ materialistic things and move towards spirituality by recognizing who we are. We need to forgive and forget. Even forgive ourselves."

"If we get engrossed in the give and take, the issue of a debtor and lender. The giver and debtor have to come back, life after life, to clear their dues with interest. This is called the law of Karma."

Tania noticed that her Dadi ji was staring at her husband with anger in her eyes. Dada ji seemed to have noticed that look too and smiled.

"Sorry Bacche (Child), I got carried away. After all, people call me Pandit ji in our home town. So, when I get an opportunity, I start giving a lecture."

"Now, where were we before this lecture?" he pondered aloud.

"I think déjà vu in Rajasthan," said Dadi ji with a laugh.

"You do get carried away and why are you preaching to the child?"

"She has become confused with lots of thoughts going on in her mind in addition to the recurring dreams and now meeting her previous self in a dream."

"She does not need lectures on religion at the moment. Just tell her what is going on."

"Ok, Madam ji, understood." replied her Dada ji looking at his wife as if she had reprimanded a child who was being naughty.
