Chapter 73: Visit To The Nadi Astrologers (Part 1)
After seeing the Lotus Temple and the Kalka ji Mandir, everyone was tired and it was getting dark also. Hence they headed back to the hotel.
The next day there was a plan to visit the Nadi Astrologers situated in Delhi.
Next morning everyone was up, bright and early, to go to the Astrologers.
They had learnt, the night before, about the Nadi Astrologers and their unique system of predicting your future. They locate your bundle and your palm leaf within the bundle which indicates important events in your life. The main thing is that the bundle should be located and contain the correct information about you.
Initially, your thumb prints are taken. Left thumb print for females and right thumb print for males. The whorls on the thumb are not alike but may be similar. Palm leaves of those persons with similar thumb prints as as per the whorls are assigned a particular bundle. How the thumb print is read, and the Bundles located, is a closely guarded secret.
Two or three bundles are placed in front of you when your turn comes. You just have to say 'Yes' or 'No' for each question read out on a particular leaf of the bundle. If the leaf's information gets a 'No' reply, then next leaf is picked up by the reader. While the reading is going on, you will feal that each leaf belongs to you, but then something will not be right, so the next leaf is taken. In this way you ultimately find a leaf in which all your replies tally. That leaf is yours.
A booklet incorporating the extracts of the reading is then made by the Nadi Reader. There is a nominal fee.
This bundle and the palm leaves is a scientific procedure from ancient times. It is believed that a Saint by the name of Agastya Rishi was told to cross the Narbada river and impart knowledge to people who lived beyond. In present day jargon, this Rishi downloaded the DNA of all those who were living, all those yet to be born and those who had died.
The writing on the palm leaves is very minute and a reader needs to possess good eyesight to read it. He reads out the information on the palm leaf and the person who has gone to find out about himself is required to confirm the facts. If the answer is true then say 'Yes' if not then say 'No'. He will also tell you that on the day you visit them how many members of the family are alive and who all are no more as well as the reason for their demise. This is without you giving any information.
Each individual is called alone. Family members are not called together when reading is going on. The obvious reason being that the wife may not know all the secrets of her husband and vice versa. The parents may not know everything about their son/daughter and if there are secrets then in front of family members, the individual is likely to say 'No' to some of the questions, when in fact the answer is 'Yes'. This will mean your palm leave or your bundle will not be located due to you hiding facts.
Everyone got ready in record time and were waiting for the tourist guide to come with his spacious car to take them away. Everyone was excited. Tania wanted to know a lot of things and was hoping that the Nadi astrologer would tell her about her problems.
Since appointment had been taken they went to the premises and were ushered in. Dada ji and Dadi ji wanted Tania's leaf to be found first. They all gave their thumb prints. Tania's Dada ji and Dadi ji, Tania's Nani ji as well as her Mama ji and Tania too.
The reader told them to sit down and they would be called when their bundles were found. Luckly. Tania's bundle was found first and she was called in. Dada ji wanted to accompany her, but the Nadi reader said no it was not possible at the moment but he would call them as soon as the leaf was confirmed to be hers.
The reader started with her name and said it began with a T and at the time of visit the Nadi Astrologer, her parents were no more. She said yes.
She was asked that she was Russsian by birth and her father was Indian and mother was from Ukraine. She replied in the affirmative. He then asked that the parents had a love marriage and their grandparents had cut them off. Tania nodded her head. Then the Astrologer told her the first letter of the names of her parents. Tania was very surprised. The Nadi reader even prompted her father's name. Tania nodded her head and said yes in confirmation.
He then read out something else and told her that her parents had died of an accident. It looked like an accident but was actually murder. Was she aware of this fact?
'Yes she said and nodded too. He then added you have come to India to discover the reason for the murder and it will unfold. The person responsible is a relative of yours from your mother's side. Tania just could not believe her ears. Such exact information even the police could not gather.
There is some sort of Karmic connection involved. We will try to locate bundles of your previous lives. So you need to wait while we locate your other leaf bundles.
I see that you are educated and have done a Doctorate degree. Tania nodded her head in response.
You are slated for a trip to Rajasthan, shortly. Everything will get revealed and you will meet the person you will marry. His name begins with R.
You will settle down in India and work closely with your husband. You have a great and bright future.
But a word of caution, do not go alone anywhere as your life is still in danger. Always stay within near distance of your grand parents till after your Rajasthan trip.
Now you can wait outside and we will see your grandparents from father's side first.
Tania was let back into the waiting hall and her grandparents were asked whether they wanted to be called one by one or they were ready to come together. Tania's grandparents opted to go together as they had no secrets from each other.
