Each of the 13 is given a special power to use in the upcoming game to decide who will rule this new era and have their name resound throughout history for time immemorial. However, a mysterious group hopes to use these 13 to begin a new era in the universe where they will control everything.

The main protagonist Ren Ri is a college student in a slightly above average university when he awakens. Confused and full of questions he finds himself given the power to read minds. But Ren is an introvert! That's right, Ren is embarrassed to read the personal thoughts of others!
