Storyline - Rebirth in modern era (Personal favourite) With a hint of mysticism MC Personality - Not too OP, more like building himself to become powerful Story progression - Still in the early phase of MC building himself, slow progression and no time skip with each day progress mentioned overall a little too slow build up for my liking , though it’s one of my fav books but here I am being very objective here Just a bit of caution to author, for now the slow build up is good and preferred but you are slowly inching towards the line of making the book boring and you must speed it up a little, but it is a book which deserves 5 star for now

Alright so first ever review. Ok so any future readers if you want straight op mc, fast pace plot mc, massive info dump, massive face slapping mc at the beginning of the novel and arrogant for no reason antagonist then this isn't for you. If you like slow built up, well thought up reasons how and whyhe is becoming stronger, More realistic system then you probably usually see then this is might be for you. The mc gains a system from future him for a very vague reason that he did something extremely messed up in the future or something. Now the system grows with him and what I mean by that is since it came from the future it can't bring many things from the future or it will break time so mc has to read up books of various things so the system can help mc make a plan for him to accomplish amazing things in the present and the future so he can overwrite what messed up thing future him did. Now mc obviously tries to get system to teach him about things that the system said he can't tell him without unlocking things. Kid just start highschool and the story is extremely slow at the moment like day by day hour by hour slow. This book does have magic and there are very strong people. This story is focused on a made up land and has lots of things made up but somehow follows Latin empire history. There is no kingdom building so far but luckily there is no mass info dump either so far. He gradually gets to know the place he is born in and the back ground of it very slowly. It's set in a modern era but with a medieval details. And what I mean by that is there are empires and also colonies and probably kingdoms but also computers and the internet and also vehicles transportation with cars not horses and carriages, and probably weapons of mass destruction, on top of all that there are in fact sometype of cultivation/magic involve but it's all behind the scenes and only few people know about it and the mass is ignorant. Just think of Harry potters background and relate it to this but without the drama of the destin one and you probably understand what i am thinking of. Also the system is not an emotional piece of crap just lots of sass. Point is the story so far is well thought of. Ah also so far there is no harem or mass killings or any psychotic people so far so if you like massive gore and other bloody things you might want to come back way later in the story because so far everything is pg-13.

This is quickly turning into one of my favorite stories on Webnovel. The MC, Michael is relatable, the System is snarky, and the advances he is making are incremental. He gains increases in stats in .001 increments, so he although he may become OP at some point, it is going to take a while. I like watching the MC work for his rewards.
