i searched for haki tiers and there is 3 tiers for each haki and the third tier is the highest and is unique to certain people ( very strong ones ) for observation first is high perception second is future sigh third is hear the voice of all things for armament haki is coating one body and objects second is creating things from armament haki ( i don't understand this but it's from a site that explain them it said the example is katakuri ) third is creating an invisible armor around one's body like in big mom vs luffy clash and for conqueror first is knock out weak willed people second create physical damage third control weathers like on shanks and whitebeard clash as it seen the weather changed and the clouds split in two so sayinh he reach 3rd tier from what i read he is op his haki stand at top also if you mean another rank then can you tell me what is the base of that rank
