Booo!!! The 2% and 15% myth have been debunked so many times!!! Walking uses more then 15% of the brain!!! Think of all the things the brain does whIle walking: terrain analysis, with hazards and elevation, moving each muscle group theough nerves, applying the right amount of force with each step, automatic shifting of balance with each step, and much more. Watch a kid learning how to walk. Or someone who has lost a limb relearning. Its not easy.
