First of all CONGRATULATIONS for coming on the second spot in the Contest. You diverted from your romance style and tried something different and I liked it. It wasn't up to the mark but for the first try it was good. I hope you'll try out other genres too. You can do good in that as well I think. About the book I would say that there could have. been more story. However I know it was for a contest so..... The last chapter was unexpected.... directly five years later. And I felt that there are loose ends in the story. I don't know whether you have left it for purpose or it was because you wanted to complete the story but there are. It was a good try and it is a good story. Also update regularly.
