I don't understand how Bo Jinyan managed to erase/seal Ye Errou's memory with Mo Jiangye(whole memory not just with the MC). Based on the logic of novels about cultivation, having your soul survived travelling to the past would make your soul very strong, because it's like your soul surviving the void and the passage of time in which both very mysterious in the world of cultivation and also having control of either the two would make a person really strong, so surviving that two with just your soul is like a miracle for a mortal(but maybe the necklace she have back then save her soul?). Now, about bewitching and hypnotizing, although the target is the mind, but isn't Ye Errou's first life memory with Mo Jiangye where they both died is printed deep within her soul? How could she foget that?. Welp no point pondering, maybe there will be an explanation in the future. Nah, maybe I'm just thinking too much after reading novels about cultivation. Started reading this novel today....The story so far seems interesting but gotta warn y’all that the ML is a YANDERE! Agressive and the will kidnap you type (at least in the beginning?) Sheesh! Yanderes can usually only be somewhat tolerated in NOVELS cause they’re scary 😱...especially when I’ve gotten used to “kuuderes & tsunderes” type of ML so this was jarring 😅 I’ll continue reading & hope he doesn’t cross too much over the line 😕

rapes the FM twice in first chapters. few chapters later the autor says he never hurts her and when he goes mad he hurts everyone around him but not her. Then the ML later abuses the FL, many times, even twisted her ankle, and instead of apology for it, he blames her for it... like wtf? So if you like thise abusive rapist whit no IQ as ML then this is the story for you.

You might find this story annoying at the first few chapters (1-30) buh as the story progresses it becomes so interesting Can't stop smiling at the later chapters

It's awesome novel. story line is nice. Male lead is very strong and good caring person. It's good that female lead is so lovable. And story line is better and better after more chapter.

Translation and Updating is 5 star but I drop every novels that starts with _rape justified as love_ since it puts me off even if I read the whole novel. People should really wake up in the illusion that a possessive handsome rich guy raping someone in the pretense of LOVE is romantic. Rape and imprisonment is never romantic. This is why I read more romantic historical novels than modern ones, it is similar to how people fall in love in real life. A "LOVE" that started from Rape is not love at all, its Stockholm Syndrome.

I HATE this book, is horrible! I read till chapter 14 and I can't continue anymore. The first few chapters are about how he raped her but it is perfectly justified because he was very "caring and doting" in her past life ( if he behaved like in the next chapters, he was not). The MC said he never hurt her but that's what he's doing all the time and when she tells him he doesn't care because he's too busy being angry and a psyco.

This story portrays a very toxic relationship. The ML is very controlling and possessive to the point that he is mentally abusive and the FL is like this kind of behaviour is fine. Also, literally no communication between the ML and FL. FL is hiding stuff from ML and ML misunderstands or something which is annoying cause ML could solve the problem early on. Overall, I would not recommend this.

First when I read the spoiler, it somehow peaked interest.. but after certain chapters I really do t know where the story is going.. I tried hard thinking it might get better but it's just getting worse.. I don't know why so many positive reviews.. I am dropping it

I read it just up chapter 7 but from what I saw, it was pretty messed up story. Abusive ML, MC just let him do as he pleased and so she ended up mostly abused and because "he loved her and treated her well in past life, it's absolutelly ok and she has to love him back to repay him...". Some scenes were not just toeing the line but directly went to r*pe territory. Half of the time I was just staring unbelievingly. This is just so wrong.

Can someone please tell me if this novel has completed in the raws or have they dropped it in middle of no where like my someone of previous novel... that'll be a great help. 👍🙋
