Ok.So i am not good at reviews,but I can tell you what i liked. As a fan of litrpgs and xianxia,i can say it bugs me a lot when main characters are introduced into killings in first seconds without any explanations,while here,Author introduces Mc into his new world through memories of the former body. In most CN xianxia,mc is like a machine,character interaction its like,on the brink of extinctions.Here,through the 16 chapters worth of memories,we see familial bond,we see happiness,we see comedy,we see sacrifice,we see true love,we cry and laugh with mc,at least I did.The system is quite a funny one,don't know if it is the best,but I liked it. Bad stuff: Well,LACK OF CHAPTERS,seriously,this novel suffers from LACK OF CHAPTERS syndrome.As an avid fan of litrpgs and xianxia,i looooooooooooved it.The Myne(which is absolutely not Merlyn) is sooo funny,even if their friendship is a bit rushed,mc can disply the bond of friendship well.I can't wait to see mc grabbing a bit of love,he lacks some.I can't wait to see mc family again,their tears,their laughter,It was as If i was with mc,doing what he does,seeing what he sees,crying with him,being happy with him.Please try it.

I love this story it is well built and characters have a familiar feeling but not cliché. Thumbs up to the author for the writing quality too. I definitely recommend this book. Keep it up I definitely support your work. Hope it hits

If any one is discouraged by the start of the novel as I was don't be, keep reading as it gets much better the humour, misunderstandings ect is pretty decent sad to see a decline is the misconceptions between the two tho but alas twas a great read pity there isn't anymore to read.... Great story, although does slow down during the alchemy an blacksmithing part but always keeps you on edge doesn't take much away. The authors use of what seems to be witty an original ways of making the story unique presents for a refreshing read and great humour interesting storyline, also the use of the different mythologies is well presented Thanks for your hard work. Write faster...

When I started to read it I wanted to give up after just a short while. After reading for a little bit longer I just kept thinking of dropping it and never coming back, but that was still during the very first chapter. After the second and third it got better and eventually got me totally interested in the story. I'd recommend to anybody who's interested in a good read. Just that it still needs some more here and there on the way it's written and it should be really good in the future.

Seems pretty interesting but there is just way too much backstory spread throughout the first volume. Could have formatted it differently by putting the entire flashback in one place and then continuing the plot after. Other than that, a great novel.

The shameless author here blah blah blah~ XD Let's get right into what you can expect from this novel. GODSystem is a LitRPG/Serious/Comedy novel with more than light hints of Cultivation. The next thing is that at least half of all the story arcs, characters, magic, and skills are inspired by real-world history and mythology. Hence the 'GODS' acronym. Then I also TRY to put in references to other novels, and other popular media. See if you can spot'em. XD A VERY basic idea of what is to be expected from this novel can be obtained from the 'non-memory' parts of Volume 1. All memories will end after Volume 1. Feel free to ask anything else.

author seems to have trouble trying to decide whether the story should be serious or a comedy. some things are way too stretched out as well.

Great story to pass the time! Definitely recommended for those who love shameless and genuinely funny protagonists and scenes. The writing is amazing and coherent! The author is great with subtle references to other novels which was enough to make me smirk as I read.

Alright so here are my thoughts. First things first I can relate to this character on a different level because I'm definitely a mythology buff. I'm not too keen on arrogant MC's so when he is knocked down a peg is when it became an addictive read for me. I absolutely love the way ancient religions all tie into this world and the way old stories are tied up in new ways. It's also refreshing that it's not your basic sword wielding hero. If people read this review I want you to understand that what you think it's cliche isn't. The people this guy meets are literally where all the "cliche" stories started but they are brought into a new light and told in a unique way. Overall this story and it's characters have captivated me and anyone who talks badly about it is probably going to get a reply from me lol. I write myself and what the author does here is extremely difficult. Just coming up with anything in a story that isn't cliche is already hard enough but to take a tale from mythology and make it new is even harder. I say you keep up the good work and I'll keep reading until I can't afford it haha.

Overall decent story. The description of the story is a quote from the movie. He actually uses emoticons in the story. Some of them to impressive effect, I won't lie. I don't like that as a whole, but it's done well, so I can't deduct anything for it. There's grammatical improvements to be made here and there, but the story is easy enough to understand, and it's not hard to read. The author has also demonstrated a willingness to improve. I thought the story was a system designer type, but I was wrong. He doesn't create the system. It's unique in its own way, and the author seems to like to take their own version on any tropes. So as a whole, it's a unique story, and definitely worth giving a chance.

It is a story where an MC tries to have arrogant points, like many levels, is based on several novels but grammar is a headache, writing does not let the story enjoy. I hope the grammar and battle times improve to make it a readable novel.

Inspired by Ultimate Scheming System is good I have high expectations for this novel, I want more chapters, to say that my 5 stars are not unjustified
