I'm at ~chapter 500 so far. The twists and turns this story takes hit you like a truck you never saw coming. I can understand other people's reviews at the beginning of the story but I would say just keep reading. This is not your typical entertainment story and the main characters are very distinct. The love doesn't get old 💕 and it has been developed well. It is also not too emotional. (I am typically someone who just won't read further if it becomes too emotionally heavy, as I read for fun).

looking at the high ratings for this novel, i had high hopes. as i went through the chapters, i started to feel disappointed. i had to drop this because it just isn't working for me. it wasn't as interesting as i thought. the plot had high potential but the characters were such a let down

I loved reading this novel and got addicted to it after reading a few chapters. The male and female leads are both strong minded people and I love this couple soo much because of this. The female lead is stubborn as well as loving and caring and strong enough. The male lead is strong and arrogant in the beginning but later completely changes for her. He respects her and loves her soo much that it makes me think if he could be for real.. Both are imperfect and they complete each other.. I love this fact in this novel. When there were any issues between them, the author has shown practical reactions and proper solutions.. this novel is a beautiful journey towards becoming an ideal couple. I love the way of writing of the author, emotions are perfectly conveyed to the reader. While reading I feel like I'm watching a drama series

1st of all, having a FL that doesn't need rebirth to stand up for herself is really refreshing, as well as her character, silly but not dumb, stubborn but not annoying, flawed but human, it really captures the essence of anyone with insecurities that strive for something better, the ML is cunning, loving, cute and funny, although serious he's not a block of ice with face paralysis, he's domineering but not irracional, and you can tell he has the FL at heart at all times, really worth reading the story is fast paced, romantic, tear jerking, funny and mysterious, has a cool balance and very unexpected twists. Grammar is a miss at times but nothing other than the he/she mixup.

Pretty good novel. I love the movement and the flow of the story. I first learnt about this story from one of my friends, recommending me to read it. Though I first read it in Zinnovel, I enjoy reading the novel here. Keep up the good work!

the story feels more like a ramble than narration ...i am surprised ppl even gave 5 stars for it. the relationship between them is illogical and the fights too. in some books the female lead is portrayed to be dense but then she gets it right after a few chapters this female lead doesn't, even after 200 plus chapters it's not frustrating but irritating ....

Ha ha! I'm in love with Mr. Ji. The man character is part of the doting husbands club. His wifey has learn really why she shouldn't have gotten rid of that birthmark. And because of that, it turned her life upside down. But that birthseal was there for a reason. I'm going around explaining the story because I don't want to spoil it. Just know the birthmark is very significant and that Mr. Ji is sprung on Shengge and he can't let go no matter what. He's clever and conniving and more.

I like the story ..the only thing I hate is every chapter is too short ..well as of now I really like there love story so please update more and make it longer ..

fl is weak .she is selfish .the only attraction is ML.He is confident ,loving,and completely tried to be with FL. But FL seems to use him and after using leave just by giving excuse of her disorder.Only reason to read this novel is Li Shiting.He makes all efforts to keep FL by his side.But FL is stupid always being stubborn and refuses his good intentions towards her.Author is not good in creating good female character

Honestly the most idiotic and infuriating FL I’ve ever come across on webnovel. She started off smart and rational, but maybe the drug she took also took away her IQ and EQ cause i cannot fathom how someone this dumb and wishy-washy has the ability to survive. Frankly, it’s an insult to the villains’ IQ to have to stoop to the FL level of stupidity and be defeated by her.

The story is interesting interesting at first. I thought, this nice the mc learned about his fiance's cheating, she will become smart, strong, and, ready to face-slapped his fiance and his mistress. But nope. I'm wrong. The mc is weak, and even more ridiculous is that she slept with someone, and even want to sleep with him again just to have her birthmark remove. I mean, WTH. Seriously?! Is she stupid or what? She's being cheated and she still did not learn her lesson. She's slept with someone (which is also cheating) and she still want to do it again. The heck is wrong with the mc.

I started reading this novel randomly but only after two chapters I was hooked. This was amazing. Truly. I would have given it 5 stars if they have used some distinct and non confusing names which will be easier to differentiate between the characters. However, the story is best. This novel is a dissappointment. The FL is so weak, this kind of character should never be an FL. Not once did she fought for her love, she doesn't match the ML. The only reason why i keep reading this because of the ML so decisive, domineering and knows what he wants and how to get it while the FL is so frustrating that i just want to nag this stupid author!! A simple problem that can be solve by simply talking with each other making it a hundred chapter??!! really?!! that just plain stupid!! because the FL is stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and selfish!!!!!!!!! i suggest you don't read this its a waste of time.
