The girl and the endless time

A girl that's been alive for millions of years lives in a quiet house with her familiar. A half-rabbit bat. The girl's house was known to the town. Someone scary lives there, anyone that enters will never come out because she is a half-vampire mix of rabbit and human/mermaid. She feeds on their blood for her meals and devours the people who walk through her house seeking to take her power for their own purpose. But one day something changed, these mysterious beings have come to her place to take a special power. But she doesn't even know what it is. What will happen to this girl and her familiar?
