Carter Parker also known as “the man” on the streets is a young drug dealer running the family business with his father and uncles.

Being undercover means their going to have an actual job so no one can think twice about them. Carter’s father is a wealthy business owner of a club in New York called “Reds”.

Brooklyn Harris, she had just moved to New York. Being the daughter of a detective, her life isn’t so easy especially when it comes down to boys or going out. She feels like she’s a prisoner in her own home, that is until she met Carter.

He made her feel something she’s never fathomed, he broke her out of her shell she didn’t even knew existed, she felt happy with him, but it was all a lie, his life, his hobbies and even the love she felt for him but she didn’t want to let go until he pushed her away.



Whenever her and Carter came into contact he learns her and falls for her but he’s holding back because he doesn’t want her to be a target and get mixed in with his alternate life. He loves her deeply but isn’t taking the risk of letting her in his business, so pushes her away instead.
