The author did not build enough emotional real estate with his family to justify this grand revenge plan. We know he lived with them for ten years, so what? As a reader, I'm not invested.
Thanks for the chapter. So okay to make a revenge goal. But really? Destroy a whole clan? One that is supported by a god even if said god is a "evil" one.
This chapter did not have the impact i think it should have. There's no real emotional investment in any of the characters so far, and the MC isn't relatable. I don't know if it's the English or the time spent on character building that is lacking.
