Dag is rushing too much. Again he has been at this whole viking warrior thing for like a month and he is already near the master level. If you give him a few years he could beat a chieftain. Then give him a few more after than and he will be able to knock out chieftains with no problem. Finally, after probably 10 years, at most, he will be able to take the position of King at 28 which gives him plenty of time to go to the Roman world or attack the XI's or do whatever else he wants to do.
