Why would one of the three top officials of a clan teach kids in a city that is not the home city of her clan? Better yet why did Magni who was not just a master of his clan but also the clans warchief show up to maybe pick up one kid(If he chose his clan),Dag. Cant they send out another person to possibly pick up one 18 year old, especially considering how many cities there probably are in this world and how many warriors become 18 in a day.
Plus you would think one clan ambushing another clan would be huge news and the death of one of the warchiefs would be bigger news, yet Taya and Gridd had no idea that either of those two things happened. Dag needs to introduce a better way for information to travel throughout this world or else he is screwed.
