So Dag made the mistake he swore he wouldn’t do like Brann did but on a smaller scale so maybe this will something he reflects on. Also have to agree with the enemy Dag was acting pretty pathetic there. Maybe in the future he will be more calm and when he reaches someone he cares for he focuses still on the situation without getting distracted since the mission isn’t over till he brings the person out. Good set up for him to grow from this and it explains why Freydis is still alive as I guess the xis had them keep her because of Dag.
