Liu, a student studying abroad, in his Highschool years transfers to New Shanghai, a city currently in the making in pursuit of a new chapter in his life, however, upon arriving things are strange; the people, the city, and also the crazy high crime rate; which all are connected to one thing, magic itself. Liu doesn't believe in Magic and fairy tails but his biggest mistake was not believing...that he too, has a Magicians lineage. He had suddenly shifted towards another realm.
