What else can I say? Just read this for laughs. The propaganda and heavy nationalism ruined another great novel... Honestly, as much as I enjoyed it, I think it'd been better if they made the sister his real blood relative and add the necklace as a family heirloom. That'd be a lot more interesting as it'll add plot (Which story is missing) Romance: I like it, it's very chill but at the same time feels too perfect. Honestly I'm not sure but if this were a manga I think I'll love her even more. I don't want to see this as a military novel since MC way to sincere. I love his gentleness but the warmth and fluff in this novel is too much that seeing blood is like incompatible with it.

Lucky boy who can get things done in a sweet wayward way, Always a hint of luck and a dash of style, everyone feels great just helping him out. He rules with kindness and sweetness in everything he does.

Not bad at all, good in fact. Great potential. But seriously? 60 chapters in and the mc doesn't have a rats ass about his own power, not even the slightest inclination. Don't get me wrong, i love misunderstandings and long, drawn-out coincidences but 60 chapters of it? That's too much for my taste. Hope you like the story as i unfortunately have not.

I really really wait for this story to start! This story is different, light, and put a smile on your face. You must give it a shot! For those who complain about the strong nationalism, or nationalism in general. Those stories that are translated, are translated from Chinese. Those stories are written for the Chinese market, the Chinese market who has 300M-400M users.... (I don’t know the exact numbers) . In that market you must use everything to stand out. If you visit the official Qidian , you will find an astonishingly number of works. I’ve read there a few very good novels who don’t have even one review! So you can imagine what competition is. If you don’t like the nationalism show, if you don’t like to read about the Chinese valors, if you don’t like they’re respect for the army, maybe you should limit yourself to the eastern fantasy genre, and don’t read any other genre. Great book. I love it! 👍

Forewarning : heavy dose of nationalism. Proceed if you're fine with it. While the core concept is nothing new (there are already some few novels with human gaining super power all of sudden) this novel is quite warm. Hardly any scheming nor hateful events unlike most Chinese novel. Though it may not appeal to most ppl but it's refreshing. Overall at 100s chapters It's kind of good reading. Recommended so far if you can stand the nationalism, that's it.

At the beginning of the story, everything seems fine to me, but as it develops, you notice that the author loads the novel with pure and simple nationalism, I understand that many authors are the same, but this is too much.

This is probably one of the worst novels I have read. I have no idea why so many people were recommending for me to read this, but I was extremely disappointed. It’s such a disappointment, that I find myself unable to even think of something good this novel did. The character development was non-existent, math was terrible (as is expected of webnovel authors, right?), cringeworthy, etc. I don’t even want to list all of the things that were done poorly. If you don’t believe me, just read until chapter 10 and you’ll know how bad it is. To top it all off, the translation/editor team is incompetent and did a horrible job. tl;dr: don’t read this waste of a ‘novel’, if one can even call it that

Very enjoyable. I didn't notice any flaws or grammatical errors in the translation. At least, not that I remember. The story seems to start off simple, but quickly grows in depth. Overall, it's a very enjoyable read, with many twists and turns. The author knows how to build suspense instead of annoyance, and I feel he truly is putting his heart into his craft. Good..very impresive story line that make me goosbumbed everytime when i reading it. Excellent writing and vocabulary by the author turn this story much more interesting than i have ever imagined huhu

It’s a nice novel, it does getting a little irritating at times due to some misunderstandings but that’s only because we have read the synopsis and know the true fact of the matter, where as the characters don’t so it’s a little irritating in that regard. It’s funny and genuinely heartwarming in places. I would recommend it to you as you have nothing to lose from reading it apart from time!
