It is a satire of modern romances with the most over the top tropes, and the characters are all Gooses. Like in Duckburg everybody where ducks and has pun related jokes. Not for everybody, but if you are like me is hilarious.

This was funny. I really enjoyed it. In a way the story is a satire on the CEO type romantic novels that are liked be females here. I did read some of them but got fed up as it was reading one and reading all. How can rape be love? How can one not take responsibility for an unwed mother? How can CEOs be rich guys with loads of money to squander, have armies and private plains causing wars in other countries? They are, after all, employees of the President/Vice President of the said company.

Move over Christian Grey, Chadgoose is the real big bird in the corporate nest. He’ll put all the other trash husbandos like Edward Cullen several pegs down the pecking order. Does he do some terrible sexist crap? Yes, but it’s okay because he is attractive. Does he have a lot of money, also yes! Which is why it’s okay for him to some twisted stuff.
