Never play baseball before, but this is a great story for you who does love this sport. The author knew their stuff and chose the correct diction to describe the process of the baseball game. I love how the author wrote the process of the characters training instead of suddenly going genius over it out of nowhere. Although yes, the character is granted some cheat by having these amazing inborn skills, but the author still makes him lack of basic foundation in baseball since he never plays before. So, this is a very logical plot which Iβm fond of.
For writing wise, I do think thereβs some room for improvement but overall itβs adequate. It just needs some little editing. I do recommend breaking down your paragraph to make it easier on the eyes, because some parts, it does seem long.

It is a story of a boy who tries to restart his life after his father dies in a car accident. The story is very nice and author has amazing writing skills. I would suggest everyone to read this novel.

It's really a cool book for those of you that love baseball. It's a lovely one to me despite not being a sport person. I didn't expect I'd be saying this.

As of chapter 30, the story is looking really interesting and great. Normally I would not read sports novels sknce I find them boring but this one holds my attention.

It's the first time I'm reading a sports based novel. And I already like it. From what I have read, apart from silly typos the story is really good one and worth reading. The starting ,the game background everything is really neatly and beautifully written. Can't wait to read more. Keep up the Great work Author π

Alright! So usually, I wouldn't even read such novels, but this time, I thought why not give it a try? And I wasn't disappointed! Rei is a really good mc, and his potential...definitely has a lot of potential. I enjoyed seeing his character grow, with his father's death. Ah yeah, that really hit hard. It's great that he didn't succumb to depression in the end. Slowly...slowly but steadily he'll get back to playing (I have high hopes).
I give the plot a 4, but that's just a preference issue since I'm used to reading more "dramatic" novels. About the author's writing skills, it's a 4 from me, cos personally, I feel he can do better. The grammar certainly got better in the recent chaps. Character design, 4 here too because I think author-san can work a bit more on Sora and Meiko's characters. World background and updates, pretty much a 5.
P.S: I really liked the bit where Rei met the boy who was alone in the park. It just showed how caring he could be, and how some minor incidents can bring forth a major change in our lives ^^

I really liked the story, I haven't read many books that had central themes around sports, but I really enjoyed reading this. I liked the direction the story was going and the development with the mc is gradual and natural. The transitions from different povs is used well and it helps complement the story as a whole. There were a few grammar mistakes, but that's easy to fix with a quick reskim. The only problem I found was with some of the ways sentences are structured. For example, whenever the MC's father died I seemed like he was just listing things and how they happened, this kind of detracted from the emotional impact of the story. But this is just a small knit pick that can be easily adjusted, keep up the great work author.

I think the novel is very good and upon a read, the story is very different but I think the synopsis makes this story just look like a copy of the Hitting Zone and well they have similar premises they are executed differently so I when you read the synopsis just give it a chance.

A wonderful story revolving around a kid and his dreams. There are certain typos in the beginning but in later chapters author has improved. The story is nicely narrated and easy to understand. Learning about baseball simultaneously along with a good story is also good.
Just take care of errors in tenses and typos. This is a nice story.

Honestly the best sports book I have read in a while. And this comes from a person who doesn't like Webnovels of this genre that much. But the author's words seems to have a magical effect. You would feel as if you are self inserting into the characters. Each one is a human, an allegory of what we could and couldn't become, what one wishes to do in life and what one wants to achieve. In all honesty sport lovers should give this one a try, for I haven't seen any competitive web novel that stays truthful to the realism this much. Truly a great work.
