Your novel, so far, has potential. I know this is rarely updated now, but so far, I enjoy the plot about Vincent and his drive to find Commander Blair's real identity.
However, there are some capitalization errors you can fix.

The story begins in the kingdom of Xandia. The Royal family are in possession of something of great value but are oblivious for a while to the neighboring kingdom of Tycan who are after it. A deal was made between the two kingdoms, each having their own plans.
Commander Blair, a mysterious knight of Xandia has a mission to carry out, but there are obstacles, one that must be overcome.
Prince Vincent of Xandia is adventurous and knows part of the secret of commander Blair, using it to his advantage.
There are plot twists...
Why does the King of Tycan need the something in possession of the other kingdom?
What secret does the prince know of the commander?
