ITS AWESOME! The mc goes through hardships and now hes even dead (maybe hes not) and his shadow is fighting the atlanteans and skyfall people. mc is not op, nor is he a cheat. he goes through every cultivation level step by step

The story starts off fine and then devolves into a mess after some point where the character is omniscient and most conversations are pointless ramble , and very little characters aside from MC has a role as the author just kills them off and a lot of cliche tropes are used too, would not recommend to anyone who is not looking to lose some braincells

So much hand waving I'm surprised the author didn't break their wrist.
I'm trying to enjoy this, but it feels really half hearted, random time skips of decades starting less than 20 chapters in where nothing in the world changes, then rapid 'ongoing' world changes once time skips are over, world elements randomly added and thrown out, MC is apathetic and forgetful, just this story is blahh...
It's a great concept, but the experience is like a steak dinner with no meat.

At first, a thought this novel is pretty light, funny and easy to digest. But after a few hundred chapter (chapter 233 currently), my opinion change entirely. This is one heavyweight novel full of many philosophical thoughts. So many that i have to read extremely slow to digest the sentences.
Apart from that, this story has really good potential.

This story starts out great. However, after the first 100 chapters it gets quite confusing sometimes. Descriptions became two dimensional, many mistakes in continuity and a few spelling and grammar mistakes in between. Not sure if it is the author or the translator, but it needs to be looked at again.

If you read the description, this sounds like a Chinese knock-off of Everyone Else is a Returnee. It's not. Basically, the world gets turned into a game by a shady dev, and the MC accidentally winds up alpha testing it. There's a lot of contemplation about mortality and what it means to become immortal. Also it thankfully isn't f**king harem.

The start was really good, and it hooked me up as soon as I've read this but after the Divine Realm arc, the story development goes downhill, like why the hell did the humans go missing suddenly? I know that the time rate of D.Realm is slower than reality but still, the sudden changes of reality threw me off, like who are these players? Are they the humans who were frozen but got the opportunity to create a character? Or are they some kind of alien created by that higher entity? Also there are also some humans who were thought of NPC's by those players, but those NPC's believe that they have suddenly transmigrated..?

I'm only on chapter 22 but Mc is already 280 years old if I'm not mistaken. The story development was really slow and most of the time is Mc being sentimental. A lot of unnecessary time skips. It's a great story in a way but it's still lacking in many places. For example MC's potential is infinite but the story didn't say a lot about his cultivation or strength progress. Mc got only one cultivation skill which is only useful to live longer.after that there's no mention of anything related to cultivation.Mc can also be exasperating at times, one time there's a glitch where Mc can purchase anything a system shop for free but he only bought 100 of a kind of rare lotus, of which he complains later on for not being enough cause he's too dumb to not stock up his inventory. Basically the story is dull considering 280 years has passed while the important parts can be summed up in one chapter. Mc is only a survival expert with a really really strong body. No legendary weapon, no epic fights, Mc don't even a cultivation related skill. I'll read some more and see where it goes from here.

When I just started reading this novel
I thought this novel would just be like a mere copy of "Everyone else is a returnee"
but I was wrong. toward the second volume, all I can see was a lone immortal
man, traveling around the world, seeking an answer for his existence, I'd say this is recommended, it was a bit goofy at the beginning, but once you get into it, it's pretty damn nice

This reminded me of EER, that was one of my favorite KR novels.
But after reading 30 chaps of this novel, i just cant motivate myself to continue reading. The story is bland as fk, author style of writing just kinda off.
idk if author will improve at later chapters, i just hope he will.
