This is one of the best books I have read on this platform, and I think I have re-read it probably 3-4 times. It's soooooo good. Kyoya and Shouko are couple goals for me. This how I guess people should be trusting each other, being there and respectful for their spouse. There were emotional scenes, I don't cry easily, but they made me cry each I read. Kudos to author for such good writing style 👍👍👍👍👍

This novel has a little bit of everything - romance, mystery, heartache, and friendship. I laughed and cried!! An overall heartwarming story and it was hard to put down.

Just started reading this hidden gem today, and can I just say, this is such a breath of fresh air from most of the stories in WN. Respecful ML who is a total simp for his wife? Check. sweet FL whose naivety surprisngly isn’t annoying? Check. Wholesome supporting characters? Check. I can’t believe it’s not more popular than it is right now. I'm shamelessly rated my book 5 stars here (*/▽＼*) The Ocean Beneath Her Feet starts with heavy chapters as the introduction but don't worry, the fluffiness would soon come and soothe your heart (as well as mine) This book is about a second chance and sacrifice. Would you give yourself a second chance to be happy with your loved ones despite tragedy still haunting you? What would you sacrifice to make your loved ones happy? Regarding the character, the MC (Shouko) isn't a badass female character. She's just your usual soft and simple girl next door while the ML (Kyoya) might appear as the usual overbearing CEO type but he's actually a puppy who needs love from his wife ❤(ɔˆз(ˆ⌣ˆc) I enjoy writing the development between the two as well as how they overcome their insecurities together. My books usually have no major face slapping since I tend to focus on the couple's relationship development (ahem, it's just an excuse, I just being lazy...) so most perspectives are from the couple's POV while occasionally from the side characters as well. This was one novel filled with mystery romance everything you have asked for. The author has dropped a lot of hints so that we can guess the mystery on our own I believe in love after marriage and this novel is just to my liking ❤️ I am not good at writing review .I am only good at writing conjectures.
