Life isn't easy in a new school. She struggled to fit in with people that have schooled together their whole life. "One friend" That's all she needs. Lying to her friends back home that she's fitting in is starting to become harder than it seems.

Being back in school after her suspension, she got a lot of attention, both good and bad. And Shawn Whittleson is always on her case. To her he's just some white kid with racism issues.
