I both love and hate this genre, as many people do. What can I say I'm a sucker for a good 2nd chance story, let alone a romance. As of ch9 though, it's a pretty weak set up and story. I love the background and premise- but that's where things start falling apart or not making sense the current timeline. On the the review. Technically the writing is fine. Safe 3 stars. But nothing that stands out or admirable. Very high quality for WN standards, but generally weaker, plain and definitely using some cliche lines in the speaking style. The author said that there will be POV chances in the future- and that's why the MC's name shown on the top, as it's likely to change. Updates: Full 5 stars. Story Development: Still too early to tell but my impression is underdeveloped. But really it's only been 9 chapters, so hard to judge. It seems to fast follow a very standard formula found in the summary of many stories in this genre. What's important is making it your own. 2 Stars. Character Development: So this MC is supposed to be a 28 year who went through all these tragedies, but now that she's reborn there's just so many actions that come off as random or exactly like this is what a young **** would imagine her to act instead of an older damaged person? She doesn't feel matured or damaged at all? Maybe her IQ was originally very low, idk? The side characters? Hmmmm it's too early, so they're all not fleshed out at all. The vilians introduced so far are bare bones of tropes, and I'm honeslty surprised why the 'stepmother' character is so weak. The love interest is set up already....but I can't get a read on his personality yet either. I do find it very unnatural though, especially when the author is pushing them to be flirting? So character development feels very weak to me thus far, World Backgound: Along with character development, the weakest aspect. It's a modern world and that's a lot of potential. But so many things fall short. The very few business aspects don't make sense (which is common for this genre). Some things read more like fantasy, maybe in another setting- the foundations of worldbuilding are weak. Someplace filler cut outs to make a set but not yet substantial/stand-alone. The author said they were inspired by other stories and such, and I completely understand. But the research and fact checking, isn't really there. It is still really early, and the story has plenty of room to grow. Tropes an cliches are popular for a reason, and can be twisted to one's own style into a great tale. My most sincere advice for this story is to fact check some things with this modern setting and relateable characters that readers want to root/stay for, Most importantly- don't be afraid to edit.

Since the synopsis I knw the book will be awesome and........ IT IS. Turning the tables and finding the things that made her happy weren't true. It's just the start still it is good, waiting for more updates and best of luck author :-)

Hi guys,the book cover actually captured my interest..it's kind of intriguing in itself..and you have written a wonderful synapsis..as I went in to the story I became more and more engulfed with the character rose...you sure know ,how to develop a wonderful plot line..good work .keep updating..

Author has done a great work done in setting up the mood of the novel, right from the beginning of the story. The inner turmoil of Rose adds another layer to the story. A great read

It's so good. A well written and catchy synopsis. An OP female lead who's out for revenge and change her destiny. The plot is so good that I ended up reading it in one go. I'll definitely suggest to give this one a try because trust me it's really good. Good enough that you will end up hooked to it within first three chapters. Looking for more updates. Keep up the good work author....

The synopsis was awesome and the chapters are also catchy. I read all of them in one go. I hope the author uploads more chapters. First victory gained within 4 chapters I can't imagine what will happen further.

The synopsis was good. I like how the story and the character developed slowly and how could it affect the story. I like main character's impactful development when she was shamed, betrayed and abandoned, and becoming a vengeful and witty young woman from an innocent kind girl. The writing quality is good and it's an OKAY book. Keep up the good work!

I loved it! I can see the potential even though it's only been four chapters in! I also liked how Rose had an adverse reaction to meeting Sophia once again. I've seen other stories where the MC just completely forgets about the traumas and takes revenge like it's nothing. Keep it up, author!

From the synopsis alone, one could tell how good this story is. Excellent in every aspect. Characters, grammar, etc. This is a gem.
