If you want to add something supernatural give it one of those trips to other worlds. For example, I saw a manga where a guy inherits a house, but when he walks through a door in his new house, he is in another world. Or, give him the same "I have a mansion in the Apocalypse" power

I wish there were also of (shin maou no testament), there are per kilo of stories of hischol dxd, and the bad thing is that they only reach 20 or less chapters and leave it.

IDK but the first 1-20 chapter is good and in the right track then all of a sudden, thing's got thrown everywhere like literally everywhere plus the sudden interruption of unnecessary stuff and plain obvious outcome where you can literally skip chapters and you won't get lost because the progress is like "dunno sometime later".
