I'm curious, shouldn't a vessel containing medicine for royalty be escorted by a pair of ships at least? I mean, it sounds pretty important so I'm assuming there should be escorts or maybe someone from the military guarding the vessel

Just finished the Basileus achivement in Europa Universalis IV (restoring the Byzantine Empire) and I am kinda hyped for this, because I know all of the geography and quite a bit of backstory now.
