I'm gonna be honest? The author's idea for the story is cool and all but the execution is bad. Firstly it was supposed to be 3 wishes at the start then suddenly it was 4 wishes and if that's not enough he got one of the infinity stones (i know that the mc will only be able to use it when he's ready but it's still OP as ****). Then let's look at the wishes. First wish, sharingan (why would he even need this OP **** GOT i dont even know) and chakra. Even if it's not unlimited his chakra will grow as he grow older and live longer and his body conditions wont deteriorate like sarutobi because of his second wish. 1 wish for 2 OP powers already. Chakra is infinitely useful he can walk on water and all, more stamina, ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu (that use chakra), iryojutsu, fuinjutsu etc. Second wish, wolverine powers is good and all, sure he wil get super strength, super healing, super human stamina, super human reflexes etc but won't he die from the adamantium in his body? I believe there's more efficient, effective and better power than this (not insulting wolverine or anything) . Third wish, skyrim magic fused with Night King power with no effect to valyrian steel. Night king powers with no effect to valyrian steel is already strong enough. Second why skyrim magic? GoT have it's own magic and skyrim magic fused with Night King power with no effect to valyrian steel is 2 wish right? Fourth wish, all of zoro's skill from one piece and annihilation maker from DXD, that's two wish. First of all, even if you got the skill, without experience you wouldn't use it effectively or at it's full potential. The MC already got the reality stone why would he need the annihilation maker? Also should have wish for supreme/highest talent in any way of fighting or others that's more useful. When i read how he woke up and how his mother nurse him in the throne room in presence of the knight, I'm kinda speechless, this is not lysa arryn LMAO . Then again who the **** practices sword fighting in the throne room. Let's not talk about how it will be better to have a skill to read people mind or something . He should have used a wish for politics and things that can help his kingdom/territory grow and ensure the targaryen dynasty will last even if he die. Hope the author will fix/edit the past chapter to make it better, get rid of plothole etc. If the author give powers that doesnt suit the world or doesnt really have a purpose it'll be boring real quick. Why would he want power that he wont use/rarely used or use only once. Harem also why would he needs other woman if one is already okay and all. It's especially hard for author to write readable, working, logical, enjoyable, harem that really have a purpose, their own character, their reaction to things, their relationship (not talking about sex here) not wish fulfillment, pokemon collecting, sex partner, not a block of wood that accepts anything the mc does, fall in love with mc in one/few interactions or looks mc sent their way. It's also hard for reader that aactually want to read the content to read the story (not talking about you horny people, go watch/read **** somewhere else). Please stop recommending stupid things in authors story. Many story/fanfiction got ruined/not enjoyable coz of it. Go read Soul Land 3: Legend of the Jade Emperor for reference on how to write actual enjoyable story with OP MC that doesn't become a horny dog.
