This book gives so much action and adventure mixed with romance and fantasy!! Though the first book by this author, I can see there was a lot of thought to plot and fantasy lore throughout this book that is the foundation of such a great story! Usually, fantasy and the whole supernatural thing is a huge turnoff for me, but I'm so glad I picked up this book! Honestly, books of these manner are executed in a poor fashion with cringy writing, but you can tell from the first chapter that the author has that special spark in writing. Obviously giving this book a 5/5.
