His strength with Jutsus alone should be above Hokage level now. Because he can instantly master every jutsu and even spam out S rank without worrying about Chakra. He can have Madara level mastery of Jutsus so that's pretty overpowered in the start of the story. Please don't make him weak just because he is a kid. You chose his powers so please follow through the insane strength increase. Logically speaking, MC should be the strongest Ninja in the village except not having Combat experience.
