Hi, Checkerface here. I'm the author of Essence World and just giving it the undeserved 5 star review to communicate with you guys :).
I wanted to make a story rich with world-building and mix up different mythologies and legends from all over the world. The main character is a dude that I've long thought about and it took two years for him to actually be here. He is very different from many cliche protagonists but it may not be obvious from the start.
Please dont feel too overwhelmed by the info in my novel. All the places mentioned are simple parallels to our Earth. Vallia, for example, is nothing but USA and Canada combined. The world map in Essence World looks exactly the same as the regular map but i plan to change the geography and the story to fit my world building. Also, if you can guess it, its going to be multicultural af.
Some myth stories will be changed to fit this alternate world’s backstory. So please dont be salty if I get anything wrong Cuz chances are that I did it on purpose. Keep in mind these are also alternate mythologies so im at lIberty to switch things. However, I will do my best to retain the character of mythological characters especially their powers to make sure they keep tHeir charm as myths not Original Characters.
I post a chapter or two everyday but I apologize if I miss posting some days. We hustlin out here smh.
