Since Storm comes from a line of people that could use magic, with her memories of Helga returned to her, she'd still be using magic. At least use hogwarst as your base in earth, make the land like a sanctuary to the magic creatures and animals leaft, tp bring their population back, and on the topic of not have any witches left that is a complete bullshit, there as wizards all over the world not just in britain.
