Not boring but not much interesting as in the beginning. My opinion..

Thanks for the chapter. What happen to "Red-Haired" Shanks? You can't take him out off the Yonko community. He is actually the most reasonable Yonko in One Piece. Also the New World is quite large, their are still places that are unexplored from the main story. Give him some Islands so as to create his territory, and completely made the New World into a Pirate Territory. The World Government have be trying to infiltrate the New World and built Marine Fortress long ago. By expulsing the marines out of the New World or restricting their movement it will make them feel threatened and become more docile, when dealing with pirates. The most important things that the World Government fear is a Yonkos alliance or Pirates alliance. That's why the Marine have been trying to capture pirates before they enter the New World. They doesn't want to increase the Pirate forces.
