10/10 novel so far like how the the story slowly progresses and makes you worry for the mc also really nice how the authors showed the hierarchy on the ship like the time Layton was being beaten up as he was only a janitor and could not do anything to them.

I feel like something needs to be pointed out. The location/background.
Don't get me wrong, its not a bad location in general. It's just one of the worst locations/backgrounds you could have chosen for your kind of story. And don't compare this with 'Among Us', because there is a key difference between this story and 'Among us': the level of importance.
This is a ship that would potentially determine the fate of humanity. Would you let someone, without a degree, in such a ship? Do you believe even for a second that the 'officers' on the ship have a single bit of authority, not being commanded by the headquarters on earth? Do you think that Neil Armstrong needed to pay for his food while he was on a mission? Would you not do as much psychological tests as humanly possible to make sure that everyone is in perfect condition (/have good characteristics for the job)? Would you not check/scan every 'corner' of the ship so nothing is wrong (for example, putting camera's everywhere)?
It would've probably been a good story, but because of the location, almost everything sounds unrealistic and dumb.

Characters: 5 stars. they are not many but I love the MC and Faith, sometimes they act as one and I'm in love with this sort of thingy
Story: 5 stars because it is absolutely ORIGINAL, not like the scum this website offers usually
Grammer: 5 stars. meaning our author, even if imperfect, is trying to do his best and the grammer he uses is lovely, I find it very pleasant

The novel looks promising, reading through 16 chapters, I could see the building tension of a good thriller. Still, I could not get the idea, why after 16 chapters, I have not read anything about shapeshifting stuff. 🤔

Some serious review over here:
despite being at its very beginning, I rally liked the way our author has to describe the atmosphere and the characters, giving them a true deep meaning and implicitly telling the readers not to stop. I'm up to chptr 8 (the last updated one) and I can't wait to read more.
This was a review by someone who never read the author's main novel, so I wrote this without prejudices.

Same Author of BoAP, one of the best novels on WN, so I decided to read this...... and.... BOOM! Layton is the best!
The setting is awesome, that reminds me of some thriller game I played time ago.... I hope there will be some good raw action, as in BoAP....

If you are fan of Dead Space saga, or Among Us, you MUST read this.
The characters are deep and smart and the MC is the best, don't giving a fk about anyone else and also focusing on the mission.
