World: BNHA, so Energy/mana/whatever you call it exist in thus world, like todoroki, fire&ice, concept is already done by world it self.. character: except MC , all of them are same, MC reincarnated so, he is already outsider, about intellect or whatever dont be hard on MC , just read,, dont like it ? why dont you read Alchemy and Biology or astronomi physic ? this is FANFIC where the world building is 1 packed with Original. anyway, dont expect perfect coz perfect is illusion. im bad at english so pardon me for that. thank you
