The MC is dumb. He could have cultivated Robert and remove all his bad habits and raised him as an asset to himself... but he does nothing of sorts. Then again this is self-fulfilment, everyone is going to bow down to MC and follow him like a loyal dog.

GOT is based on IRL times. and 12 yr old boys were considered men. I agree they had a young age but a 7 yr old visiting whore houses and drinking is too much, especially if he a heir and not some bastard...change this

I would also change what age he asks for 500 MEN to lead because no man would listen to 5 year old child when going into combat. Even if he is a Lords son men above the age of 16+ would listen to him maybe when he is like 10+ after being squire and having a more or less official training plus seeing combat himself they might. Also he can get all the combat and leadership training from the 500 child he would help train and make into his personal unit. If for example he trains with them for the next 7-10 years they would be a epic unit but you have to account for some of them also dieing due to multiple reasons if your going to be realistic. Also the cost with fully outfitting the 500 child once grown will be a lot.(By outfitting i mean Armour, Weapons, Horses, Clothes, Travelling gear + repairs)

So early and we already have an actual psychopat for an Mc. There are fics that claim their psycopath is their Mc, but right here “add to my collection” “if they are useful”. Idk if this is our hero it’s kinda hard to like him when he already starts thinking like this. Even if you are writing him as a bad guy, you gotta ease into so despite his questionable action we can empathize. It’ hard to do that when he shows psychopathic tendencies. Was he messsed up in his past life, most people don’t see other humans as tools for their machinations.
