I was really hyped about this novel. The begin was very interesting. He acted fast, ruthless, just like the OG leylin. Unfortunately, all these changed when author wanted him to be "different" from the original leylin. However, the only thing that changed was MC's intelligence literally hard dropping into negatives. He would act spontaneously, make stupid choices. And even going out of his way to suddenly have feelings for girls who NTRed him. Anyhow, the MC is hardcore following the original story. This actually feels like degraded copy-pasta of the original WMW. However, this novel does have the potential. The only thing I hope that author does now is stop following the canon so much. Please be more original, the world of WMW is big and there are lot of ways to innovate the story.

Props for writing a fanfiction on WMW, that alone deserves a 4/5. Unfortunately, it isn't good by my standards. Fanfictions usually correlate to one of two categories. The first is taking the original background/story of a character and deviating from it to create a new story. The second is following the original story with a different MC or adding a new character to that story and then making an interesting story out of that. The former focuses on originality and the latter on character development. In your fanfic, you are trying to do both and it is not working. You are failing the first category because while there are new worlds and original plots, the character-building/design is terrible. Legit the only thing memorable about Anna was that one line she said about her loyalty. Every other original character, I just remember a name. In the second category, you are failing because the MC is less interesting than the original story. The OG Leylin was a genius mastermind who would train a disciple, trick the disciple, and sacrifice him. That was one of my favorite scenes in the novel because it shows just how calculating and insane Leylin was. That he would build up an entire relationship to throw it away for a consumable item to become stronger. In comparison, your MC is relatively tame when it comes to plotting. There isn't anything insane or impressive about his strategies and thoughts. BTW you should always post a picture of an original character in the characters chapter. Just rip some anime pictures off the web, it'll at least make them slightly more memorable.

Good fic The author has released an arc where leylin goes in another novel, so now it's a fanfic in a fanfic. The world background of all the worlds he went into is very good, and i love that he has kids now, wich i don't see many MC having, continue like that author.

The author unlike others has branched out rewriting the same fanfics of op characters,edgelords who would kill their family for power. Yes, this is not an original novel but they have taken the best parts of the warlock magus series and made it their own and also added their own side story to not make it their own. He has the characters who actually have some character development and make the mc do all the work.
