A normal guy dies and gets to meed ROB and can reicarnate
He wants a normal life and get a girlfriend so he choses a world where he can live freely and have friends.
So he chooses to go to the world of Liv and Maddie.
And maybe by luck or skill gets to be with one or both of the rooneys.
