The crowd was stunned by Zell's sudden declarations. The spoke amongst themselves quietly, the topics of ending the slave trade, and welcoming all nonhumans into the kingdom was beyond the pale.

"I think they do not know what to say." The former king said. "You have healed them, yes, but you are talking about a radical change to their culture. Something like that will take time to sit in."

"People of Neuval, I know that change is difficult. I know that becoming something else, something greater than you once were, is one of the hardest challenges that anyone can face." Zell addressed the crowd. "But I know that the people of Neuval are capable of this challenge. I know that you all have within you the ability to adapt, to change into something more than you once were.
